Expedited Sales Representative

ABOUT THE JOB

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales is a must.
• Must be willing to work full time.
• Proficient in written and oral English.
• Willing to work during EDT timezone.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Laptop/Desktop with at least 8 GB RAM.
• Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps. (LAN connection preferred)
• Headset/Earphones with working microphone for calls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain carrier relationships.
• Source/negotiate with qualified carriers to move freight.
• Coordinate with Expedited Service Representatives for updates on delivery timelines.
• Identify issues and work cross-functionally to determine and implement the best solution.
• Provide exceptional service to our carriers and clients.
• Answers and responds to any calls from the customer or carrier and provides assistance or important information.
