Position Title
Lead Support Tech-Women & Infant HealthJob Description
Purpose & Scope:
Provides and assists with providing a variety of skilled duties that deliver high quality patient care to Neonatal patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists in Maintaining Quality of Services control for the Neonatal Intensive Establishes and maintains equipment logs for NICU specific equipment. Supports and manages NICU specific projects as needed. Supervises Unit Secretaries and Patient Care Assistants as assigned. Assists with administrative duties of Patient Care Director as needed.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Under one year of hospital experience is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
None.
