Responsibilities：
• Drive industry and account sales strategy; manage end-to-end sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; clearly communicate solution value, differentiation, and pricing.
• Develop long-term customer relationships through value-based, business-focused selling.
• Identify new opportunities through market, customer, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with solution, delivery, product, and ecosystem teams to ensure deal success.
• Improve sales productivity through process optimization and digital tools.
• Lead or support complex solution sales and commercial negotiations through deal closure.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT / digital solutions, with 3+ years in solution sales.
• Proven sales performance in complex solution selling.
• Strong communication, influence, and cross-team collaboration skills.
