SUMMARY: 
- Lead, coach, and manage the Payroll Team (6+ direct reports) handling all aspects of payroll for the company’s employees in North America and Latin America
- Reports to the Director of Payroll
  
REQUIREMENTS: 
- 5+ years of payroll experience 
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Payroll experience supporting employees in the US and Canada
- Proactive mindset
- Excellent Project Management and Continuous Improvement skills
- Advanced user skills in Excel
