Forklift Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay: $18.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We are hiring dependable, hardworking Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and industrial team. This is a hands-on position focused on safely operating a forklift, moving materials, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
• Possible Overtime

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift throughout the shift.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Move materials and products to designated locations.
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but training may be available for the right candidate.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
• Able to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment.
