WEEKDAY NIGHT OPERATIONS – PART-TIME

Traders Village Houston is looking for a responsible and dependable individual to join our team for weekday night operations.

Traders Village is a 180-acre property consisting of the market, RV Park, and self-storage areas. This position is responsible for helping monitor and maintain the property during evening and overnight hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Patrol the 180-acre Traders Village property, including the market, RV Park, and self-storage areas.
• Report any suspicious activity, criminal mischief, or other concerns to a supervisor and/or the appropriate authorities.
• Assist RV Park guests with locating their assigned spaces when arriving overnight.
• Check vendor passes and ensure vendors have a current and valid pass before entering or conducting business on the property.
• Refuse entry to vendors who do not have a current vendor pass and notify the appropriate supervisor.
• Remove bollards as needed for events and assist with opening and securing market gates.
• Operate a golf cart and operations truck as part of daily duties.
• Assist with other evening operations and property-related tasks as needed.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license.
• Must be dependable and able to work independently during evening hours.
• Must be comfortable interacting with customers, vendors, and RV Park guests.
• Must be able to remain alert and attentive while patrolling a large property.
• Must be able to work outdoors in both hot and cold weather conditions.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk throughout the property and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to safely operate a golf cart and operations truck.
