SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for maintaining parts in inventory tracking system; performing usage analysis; keeping parts room clean and orderly; dispensing parts and tools to maintenance personnel as needed; identifying and monitoring parts flow by parts numbers; Enter maintenance parts usage in Computer; signing vendor tickets; receiving Purchase Orders; delivering parts to maintenance personnel for a particular job; stocking inventory in parts room and printing documentation on inventory replenishment. Other duties include knowledge of parts/tools used in plant; unload supply trucks, prioritizing daily work with minimum supervision and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:
Extra consideration given to applicants with maintenance, technical, computer and customer service experience; experience working with parts and tools a plus.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be capable of communicating well both verbally and in writing with all levels of Team Members from hourly to upper management, as well as government officials. Must be able to read, understand and execute and documents, and daily documentation

Computer Skills:
Knowledge of a computerized Stores System that includes data entry and receiving purchase orders; competent in Windows-based software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

Other Skills:
Knowledge, skills, and abilities to do intermediate math and accounting; perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy; ability to prioritize and multi-task; work without supervision; be detail oriented; have good attendance; ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact productively with all levels of management and operations/maintenance.

Position Involves:
Ability to work in both cold and hot environments. Ability to walk, bend, squat, sit, and stand for prolonged periods of time. This job requires ability to lift 100 pounds and may require reaching above shoulder height with lift.

C Shift- 6pm- 6am

36hrs one week

48 hrs the next week

Must work every other weekend Fri,Sat,Sun.
