About the Role

We are seeking a Windows Server Administrator to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing Windows-based infrastructure environments while supporting vulnerability remediation initiatives, operating system hardening, and virtualization platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong Windows administration expertise with a security-focused mindset and experience supporting enterprise environments.

Essential Job Functions

  • Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Perform operating system installations, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Manage VMware virtualized environments, including provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Execute patch management activities and security updates in accordance with operational and security requirements.
  • Perform server hardening and vulnerability remediation based on organizational security standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex Windows platform incidents and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Support and maintain Active Directory services and related Microsoft infrastructure components.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security compliance.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve incidents and improve platform stability.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience administering Windows Server environments.
  • 2+ years of experience administering VMware environments.
  • Experience with patch management and security update deployment.
  • Experience in server hardening and vulnerability remediation.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows-based platforms and services.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
  • Intermediate English communication skills or higher.

Other Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Understanding of security best practices for Windows platforms.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management tools and remediation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Relevant Microsoft, VMware, or security certifications are a plus.
