  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of commissioning reports, daily reports, issue logs, job safety analyses, quality documentation and project turnover packages

  • Lead portfolio reviews, team meetings and project-specific operational discussions that promote accountability, collaboration and effective decision-making

  • Represent the commissioning organization in customer meetings and provide clear updates regarding project status, risks and corrective actions

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Direct commissioning or field-testing experience involving utility-scale battery energy storage systems

  • Demonstrated success leading technical teams and coordinating multiple projects or geographically dispersed field teams

  • Strong understanding of electrical power systems, including medium- and high-voltage equipment, transformers, switchgear, protection and controls, grounding, electrical drawings and single-line diagrams

  • Practical knowledge of battery systems, power conversion systems, plant controls, EMS, SCADA, PPC and grid-connected testing.

  • Experience with construction sequencing, project scheduling, contractual milestones, utility requirements, grid-compliance testing and commercial-operation requirements
