POSITION SUMMARY
Serve as a Business Process Analyst within ProMedica's AI & Process Excellence (APEX) team and a contributor to Project Foundry, the organization's initiative to simplify, standardize, digitize, and automate work across corporate and G&A functions. This role partners with assigned operational teams to document current-state workflows, identify friction and waste, quantify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into practical process, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The position leads business-side discovery, requirements, testing, change support, and value tracking; develops limited low-code solutions within approved standards; and partners with IT for enterprise platforms, integrations, architecture, security, and production support.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Must have strong proficiency in business process mapping, requirements gathering, data analysis, facilitation, and written and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
- Must be able to distinguish business-owned improvements and low-complexity automations from solutions requiring IT ownership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- 3 years of experience in business process analysis, operational improvement, continuous improvement, automation enablement, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience documenting workflows, identifying root causes, translating findings into requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, and facilitating cross-functional sessions.
- Experience using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or comparable low-code and analytical tools.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, or MS) in a relevant field.
- Experience with process or task mining tools (Microsoft Process Mining, Celonis, or similar).
- Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite or comparable ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or similar).
- Practical experience applying AI-enabled tools to business processes.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Healthcare industry or health system experience; familiarity with supply chain, accounts payable, HR, or finance operations in a hospital setting.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent applied experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
