Senior manager, Technical Center

In your role as Technical Service Lead of East China, you will fully be responsible for the daily operation and personnel management of Shanghai Branch, Chongqing Branch and laboratories in East China.

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Service Manage who can:

1. Developed the annual work plan of the technical center and led the team to complete various key performance indicators.

2. Safety and compliance are always at the forefront of work and maintain a safe and healthy working environment in the technical center by establishing and implementing standard procedures; Ensure that the Technical Center follows correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements and complies with laws and regulations, especially those relating to environmental emissions.

3. Maintain and ensure that the equipment and facilities of the technical center are in good condition; Develop operating expenditure plan and implement cost effective budget plan with the support of finance department.

4. According to the needs of business departments and customers, determine the development and construction plans of various resources and equipment capacity of the technology center, and formulate fixed capital expenditure budget plans with the support of the financial department.

5. Cooperate with the product marketing manager and sales team to support/organize the development and promotion of the company's new products, and provide personnel, equipment and facilities, potions, analysis and testing and other support services for local and regional customers in various proofing projects in the pilot line.

6. Lead the team to provide customers with "best local service" and "leading green technology" through fast and reliable laboratory testing and pilot line proofing services.

7. Undertake management responsibilities related to team members, including but not limited to: organization development and team building; Technical training and career development of personnel; Succession planning for key positions; Talent management and retention; Knowledge and skills transfer and training arrangements; Goal setting and performance evaluation, etc.

8. Ad hoc assigned by the company and superior.

What will you bring to the team along with your curiosity:

1. Master degree or above (Ph D is preferred), major in chemical engineering, material science, surface treatment or related.

2.10 years or more working experience in chemical or related industry laboratory, familiar with various chemical analysis, material analysis, pilot line, sewage treatment process, electroplating industry experience is preferred.

3. At least 5 years of team management experience with more than 10 people.

4. Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, a holistic view and a good team spirit.

5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; Fluent in Mandarin.

6. Can use Micro Soft office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT) to make reports, reports and presentation documents required by work.

7. SAP system using experience is preferred.
