Complete store administration & ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost - benefit analysis and present to the management.

Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.

Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.

Create Relationships with vendor by finding out their performance from market and undertaking joint.

Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets

Managed Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycle including PR, PO creation, GRN and invoice verification in SAP. Material Order, follow-up for delivery and processing challans.

Monitor inventory levels & ensure timely stocking.
