Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are key.
Responsibilities
Support all operations and logistics around talent tryouts and developmental activities.
Manage robust athlete databases to help support recruitment and development of talent.
Support high volume of correspondence and materials preparation related to recruiting activities.
Coordinate details around activations and relations for current WWE/NXT Superstars.
Requirements
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Intrinsically driven and organized with strong time management skills.
Available to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends if needed.
Understand the world of college and professional athletics/sports entertainment.
1-3 years’ experience in athlete recruiting / development at collegiate or professional level.
