Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to the architectural design, and ensuring that applications are developed to effectively support business functions. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and work towards delivering high-quality software that meets the evolving demands of the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously evaluate existing software solutions and suggest improvements to enhance performance and usability.
- Document design decisions and application workflows to maintain clear communication within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using APIs and connectors within the Mulesoft ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Knowledge of best practices in security and compliance related to application integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
