Position Overview
Autodesk is a leading provider of AI-powered design & construction management solutions. We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented Director of Revenue Marketing for Emerging Growth Businesses to join our growing team and drive revenue impact through strategic demand generation initiatives.

Reporting into the VP of AEC Marketing, the Director of Revenue Marketing for Emerging Growth Businesses will develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation program that drives revenue growth, customer acquisition, activation, and retention for Autodesk Forma for Construction. This individual will be a key member of the marketing leadership team and will align closely with sales on GTM strategy, analyzing campaign performance & conversion, while providing a feedback loop to core product marketing and audience marketing.

This role can be remote, hybrid, or office-based.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement generation plans that map to overall business unit goals to achieve pipeline forecasts and meet or exceed ACV business targets

  • Plan and direct the development and implementation of campaign strategies and global programs that support meeting the Autodesk Forma for Construction business' key financial (pipeline generation) and non-financial (brand building) objectives

  • Plan, manage, and optimize spend for annual demand generation budget to support funnel growth and pipeline velocity for the Construction business

  • Establish key performance indicators for demand generation executional team(s) to track, measure, and optimize funnel performance across multiple digital channels

  • Establish operating model with regional marketing teams to deliver consistent demand generation programs in global markets

  • Measure and report high-level ROI metrics to leadership on an ongoing basis

  • Manage multiple executional teams including Campaign Development, Paid Media, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, and Marketing Operations

  • Actively work through complex issues through analysis, data and collaboration across multiple stakeholders

  • Establish process and tools for project management and team productivity that ensures transparency and accountability across teams

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in cross functional groups to gain alignment and buy-in for ongoing plans of the business unit, including leadership in Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, PR, Operations, and Customer Success

  • Actively share business and marketing strategy of functional business unit to groups inside and outside of Autodesk Construction Marketing including Worldwide Marketing, Worldwide Sales, and executive leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years leading high-performing revenue marketing or demand generation organizations

  • Proven success developing and executing revenue marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, marketing-sourced revenue, and measurable business outcomes

  • Deep expertise in solution marketing, integrated demand generation, and engaging complex buying groups across multiple personas and customer decision-makers

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with sales leadership, align priorities, and drive revenue growth through integrated go-to-market strategies

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, performance metrics, and customer insights to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate business impact

  • Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across sales, product, and executive leadership

  • Strategic, customer-focused leader with a growth mindset and experience driving organizational transformation and marketing excellence

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $146,000 and $261,360. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
