Your Role
As an Analyst on Arbor’s Structured Finance team, you will play an essential role in supporting the underwriting and execution of complex structured loan transactions. You’ll work closely with underwriters, credit officers, and portfolio managers to analyze borrowers and collateral, prepare credit memorandums, and coordinate due diligence. This position provides broad exposure to bridge, mezzanine, and other structured financing products across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Review and analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements, tax returns, and cash flows

• Assist underwriters in building analytical models, loan narratives, and credit packages for Loan Committee review

• Conduct financial and credit reviews and identify potential deal risks

• Coordinate with credit, portfolio management, and operations teams throughout the loan lifecycle

• Engage and review third-party reports such as appraisals, collateral reviews, and background checks

• Participate in on-site property inspections and due diligence

• Track loan applications and manage document files for accuracy and completeness

• Gather and analyze market data to support supply and demand assessments

• Communicate with internal teams to support the closing and ongoing management of structured loans

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in finance or commercial real estate; experience with structured, bridge, or mezzanine loans preferred

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Word and Outlook

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment

• Travel: Up to 20%

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000, plus discretionary performance-based bonus
