What Software & Information Platforms contributes to Cardinal Health

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Software & Information Platforms manages the technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that the organization's application solutions utilize. This job family partners with Application Development & Maintenance teams and other Information Technology function teams to identify enhancements for platforms and long-term capabilities.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain service requests (Service Now/Email/IM/On Call #) and effectively troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
• Ensure the upkeep and operation of all conference rooms via endpoint management tools, as well as physically performing room checks throughout the week
• Act as a subject matter expert and administrator for Digital Signage
• Design, purchase, configure Digital Signage Players
• Update and maintain training documentation and host trainings
• Lead and manage decommissioning projects
• Provide support via in-person, phone, or remote methods.
• Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills to manage and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Experience supporting video conferencing equipment (Poly/Crestron/Biamp/Shure/etc), preferred
• Understanding of how Zoom and Teams platforms function, preferred.
