Direct Sales

How you will make an impact:
•Complete day-to-day sales activities target including but not limited to prospecting, submission and customer visit, etc.
•Achieve monthly and annual sales target
•Produce a regular Weekly Activity Plan after reviewing last week’s sales performance against goals and objectives
•Maintain timely premium collection
•Provide necessary after-sales service to the customer
•Implement Direct Sales best practices as per Direct Sales handbook
•Participate in AIG corporate AML training, and be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc.
•Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.
 
What you will need to succeed:
•College graduate or above
•The relevant sales experience is preferred
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Hard-working, energetic and be able to work under pressure
•Open-minded, and self-motivated
•Good to team work across various dept.
•With the experience of working overseas or foreign trade industry or doing overseas projects is preferred
