## Tasks
**Your tasks**
- **Lead** the design, development and delivery of custom Odoo modules.
- **Run** workshops with customers and take end-to-end ownership of the solution.
- **Coaching** the development team.
- **Conceptualization** and design of development processes
- **Collaborate** closely with product owners and consultants.
- **Ensure** technical alignment with business goals
- **Optimize** system performance and reliability
## Requirements
**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science or similar
- At least 5 years of professional experience with ERP systems, IT integrations and web applications
- Strong expertise in Python
- Experience with JavaScript & Odoo; QWeb is an advantage
- Interest in business topics and understanding of basic business processes
- Very fast comprehension, analytical working method & high commitment
- English speaking team player ( at least C1 level)
