Description
As a Specialist of Systems and Network Administration reporting to the Director - Systems and Network Administration, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure that enables secure, scalable, and high-performing global connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise wireless networking solutions using Cisco and Aruba technologies.
Configure and support Cisco Catalyst 9800 WLCs, access points, Wi-Fi 6/6E environments, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco SDWAN and Aruba Central WIFI
Administer secure guest access, traffic anchoring, 802.1X authentication, device profiling, and posture policies.
Install, configure, and maintain Cisco switches, routers, and LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure while providing Level 2/3 support.
Engineer, document, and recommend network solutions that improve scalability, performance, and reliability across global operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Multiple years of experience in network architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance.
Proven experience supporting large-scale global networks and multivendor environments.
Proven experience operating and supporting enterprise Wi-Fi services.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNP certification or equivalent.
Experience with Aruba and Cisco wireless technologies, Cisco Catalyst Center, and Cisco SD-WAN.
Experience with Ansible scripting and AI development.
This position can be located in Philadelphia, PA or St. John’s NL and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
