Position Overview
We are looking for dependable and service-focused individuals to support clients throughout the vacation planning process. The Virtual Client Experience Specialist communicates with clients, researches suitable options, provides helpful information, and makes sure important details are handled accurately.
This remote opportunity is well suited for someone who is patient, resourceful, and comfortable communicating through email, phone, text, and online platforms. Previous experience in the travel industry is not necessary because step-by-step training and ongoing support are available.
Responsibilities
- Respond to new client inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Ask questions to identify each client's destination interests, travel dates, preferences, and budget.
- Research accommodations, cruises, activities, transportation, and vacation package options.
- Present clear and organized information to help clients compare available choices.
- Assist with completing reservations and reviewing confirmation details for accuracy.
- Track payment deadlines, required documents, and other important dates.
- Provide general destination information and preparation reminders.
- Communicate supplier updates, reservation changes, and other relevant information.
- Follow up with clients before and after their scheduled vacations.
- Maintain professional records and protect confidential client information.
- Complete training and remain familiar with current planning tools and supplier resources.
- Encourage repeat business by providing consistent and personalized service.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must reside in the United States or Mexico.
- Access to dependable internet service and a computer or compatible device.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to write clear and professional messages.
- Good organizational, research, and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using websites, email, video training, and online systems.
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks without constant supervision.
- Willing to participate in training and professional development.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, education, administration, or event planning is beneficial but not required.
