This is a full-time, year-round position beginning September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

Trades Maintenance & Repair

  • Perform a variety of facility maintenance, repair, and improvement projects, including carpentry, painting, drywall, grounds maintenance, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Inspect buildings, roofing systems, masonry, and structural components, completing minor repairs to maintain safety, functionality, and appearance.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance and construction tasks.
  • Perform general and finish carpentry work, including the installation, repair, and maintenance of cabinets, countertops, doors, and other building fixtures.
  • Support preventative maintenance initiatives and assist with special projects as required.

Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and material usage through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Participate in the work order dispatch process, ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with departmental standards and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments using radios and electronic communication systems.
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and performance goals while providing timely updates on project status and maintenance needs.

Customer Service

  • Provide responsive and professional service to guests, team members, and departments by addressing maintenance requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Foster positive working relationships with guests, co-workers, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for operational and facility improvements and communicate recommendations to leadership.
  • Attend required meetings, training sessions, and safety programs to support continuous improvement and department objectives.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure compliance with facility access procedures, safety standards, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; maintenance or trade experience preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.

  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials and equipment.
