Job Responsibilities

IMS -  Investigator Management solutions

Title - IMS GSS Specialist 1 (Global support services)

Location - Hyderabad - Hybrid

Job summary / Job role :

  • The role involves working on the invoice form site, where the team is responsible for entering data through trackers, managing cases, and performing overall data entry tasks.
  • Candidates will be required to review invoices, validate information for accuracy, update records in internal systems, and ensure all data is processed in accordance with established guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • The position also involves handling case-related queries, maintaining documentation, tracking work queues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, invoice processing, back-office operations, or a similar support role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to read, understand, and draft professional emails.
  • Candidates should possess good attention to detail, basic analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. .

Education - Any Graduate
