About the role
We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will support the wider business in managing projects and performing operational tasks as well as managing the day to day operations of the Launceston office.
With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary and supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:
- Manage the day to day operations of the office
- Manage projects / initiatives across the Elders Tas Real Estate business
- Assist in operational human resources tasks
- Maintaining a positive and efficient work environment
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have:
- Experience in managing a professional office environment
- Previous experience managing people or working in a human resources role
- Experience in managing projects
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment
- Basic financial and analytical skills
- A customer centric focus
- A keen eye for detail
