We are seeking an experienced Sr Sales Operations/Deal Desk & Order Management Specialist to support the deal desk and the end-to-end order process -- from quote to cash. The successful candidate has a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B SaaS business models, hands-on expertise with Salesforce, and a proven track record managing complex deals including experience working with deals through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in deal structure, billing terms, software provisioning, and revenue recognition compliance working cross functionally to ensure alignment with company’s policies.

  • Process SFDC Opportunities by validating delivery, initiating subscription contracts, including entering post-close contract amendments / adjustments as needed.

  • Develop, document, and support standardized Deal Desk and Order Management SOPs across the global sales teams.

  • Liaison with OEM partners to ensure proper processing of OEM orders and reconciliation activities.

  • Ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of partner margins, OEM royalties, and co-selling/referral credit attribution in Salesforce. 

  • Assist Finance team with invoice collections, actively pursuing validation of payment timing, functioning as the expert on bookings & billings, and escalating any risk accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to help identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Deal Desk, and/or Sales Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS enterprise software company

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and exposure to Salesforce CPQ preferred

  • Hands-on experience processing channel and OEM deals

  • Understanding of SaaS business models, including ARR/MRR, upsell, cross sell, renewals, and multi-year billing structures
