You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity, theft, and property damage by maintaining a visible presence and reporting suspicious conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
