The Service Porter plays a visible and important role in maintaining that standard every single day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move vehicles throughout the service department -- pulling cars into service bays, returning vehicles to guests, and repositioning inventory across the lot as directed

• Deliver and retrieve loaner and courtesy vehicles for guests -- representing Mercedes-Benz of Marin's hospitality standard in every handoff

• Keep the service lane and lot organized, safe, and navigable throughout the day

• Support service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement during peak hours and busy periods

• Assist with basic vehicle prep as directed -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for service or delivery

• Inspect vehicles during movement and immediately report any visible damage or concerns to the appropriate team member

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required

• Reliable and punctual -- the service operation depends on consistent support and the team counts on you

• Attentive and careful behind the wheel -- guests are entrusting us with their Mercedes-Benz vehicles and the standard of care reflects that

• Professional and courteous in every guest interaction -- this is a luxury environment and conduct matters

• No automotive experience required -- we'll train you on everything you need to know
