Description
Play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through a balanced approach of manual testing (50%) and test automation (50%). With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, you will work closely with developers and manual QA team members to design, implement, and improve our testing processes.
## Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design and execute both manual and automated test cases.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Execute and analyze automated test suites, identifying defects and suggesting process improvements.
- Perform manual testing for complex scenarios or where automation is not feasible.
- Document and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Advocate for testing best practices and contribute to the improvement of QA processes.
- Assist in root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues.
- Support the transition from manual to automated testing by mentoring team members and promoting automation adoption.
## Requirements
- 4+ years in QA, including 2+ years in test automation
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cucumber)
- Familiar with MySQL/MariaDB and REST API testing
- Proficient in JavaScript or similar
- Solid understanding of SDLC and agile
- Hands-on with Git, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using Jira, Xray, or similar tools
- Performance testing knowledge (JMeter, K6) is a plus
- Experience with or interest in using AI development assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex ect.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- iGaming industry experience is a plus
