The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent English communication skills, and practical experience using AI-powered tools to improve creativity and productivity.Key Responsibilities- Create engaging designs for websites, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.- Translate business requirements and creative briefs into effective visual concepts.- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design deliverables.- Use AI tools to support concept development, image generation, content creation, and workflow optimization.- Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and product teams.- Present design concepts and clearly explain creative decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.- Review designs, provide constructive feedback, and guide junior designers.- Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven creative practices.Requirements- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic, visual, or digital design.- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and content-generation tools.- Excellent communication skills in English.- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, branding, and layout.- Ability to receive feedback and communicate effectively with clients and team members.- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.- Experience in UI/UX, motion graphics, video editing, or a digital agency environment is an advantage.
