We are recruiting for our international site based in Gennevilliers 92230, new employees for the following role :
You will have to manage :
Incoming and outgoing calls ;
Professional emails and chat.
For the following queries :
General information requests: basic questions regarding dealerships location, cars, options, warranty etc.…,
Simples complaints: complaints up to a certain level of complexity, no complaints with legal or financial impact ;
Telematics: technical queries related to the vehicle (GPS, Bluetooth, smartphone connection), and online account for those who are already part of our client base (reset password, connection not working…).
Profile :
Bilingual Italian/English

Opening days and working hours
The operation is open from Monday to friday, opening hours are: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm . You do have a rotation in the team, and you receive your planning 2/3 weeks in advance.
Contract :
CDD 36h/week + training session (2 weeks)
Monthly salary gross 1.867,02
+ 152€ monthly gross for the Italian language (The team language)1€ for each worked hour regarding attendance, quality and productivity
+ 152€ monthly gross as a performance bonus - 1€ for each worked hour regarding attendance, quality and productivity
12 days off + 3 days RTT
Medical and life insurance
50% of the public transport fee reimbursed
