Event Marketing Assistant – Entry Level

Working directly with well-known and respected charity clients, you will play an important role in delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns, community outreach initiatives, customer engagement, and fundraising activities within local communities.No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive in-house training designed to give you the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in event marketing and progress within our company.We believe strongly in learning, professional development, and career progression, and we invest in our team through ongoing coaching, workshops, and hands-on training.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Event Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:Representing our charity clients through professional face-to-face marketing and community outreach campaignsEngaging with members of the public and creating positive customer experiencesSupporting community outreach and fundraising teams in achieving daily and weekly goalsAssisting with fundraising campaigns and working toward agreed donation targetsCommunicating professionally with customers, team members, and clientsActing as an internal liaison between customers, team members, and charity clientsResponding to customer questions, requests, and feedback efficiently and professionallyAttending team meetings, training sessions, workshops, and development programsMaintaining accurate records and producing detailed reports of donations and campaign activityProviding regular progress updates to the Operations DirectorIdentifying opportunities to improve customer service, campaign performance, and cost-effectivenessWorking independently when required while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environmentContinuously developing marketing, communication, customer service, and fundraising skillsWhat We're Looking ForWe are interested in individuals who are motivated to build a career in marketing, sales, communications, events, fundraising, or customer engagement.You do not need previous experience.
