For our office in Geneva we are looking for a Global Indirect Tax Projects – Senior Analyst
The Global Indirect Tax Projects Analyst supports the Global Indirect Tax Senior Manager and wider project team in coordinating and delivering global indirect tax initiatives across FMC.
This role is designed for a professional with some prior experience in tax, finance, or project-based environments, who is ready to take ownership of defined workstreams and contribute to the successful execution of global projects. The position provides exposure to regulatory change, cross‑functional collaboration, and systems‑enabled indirect tax processes in a multinational environment.
What you will do with us:
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple global indirect tax projects
Manage assigned project activities, milestones, and deliverables with minimal supervision
Assess the impact of indirect tax regulatory changes from process and system perspectives
Coordinate with regional indirect tax teams to support project execution and data gathering
Prepare project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder materials
Maintain awareness of global indirect tax developments and contribute to impact assessments
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors while demonstrating ownership and accountability
Develop a strong understanding of FMC’s business operations and indirect tax touchpoints
Your qualification & attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Tax, Finance, Business, or a related field
2–4 years’ experience in tax, finance, accounting, compliance, or project support (industry, shared services, or professional services)
Exposure to indirect taxes (e.g. VAT, GST, sales & use tax) preferred; experience with projects, process improvements, or systems is a plus
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
Initiative-taking and accountable collaborator with a positive, “can-do” mindset
Able to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ERP experience (SAP preferred) and exposure to tax/reporting tools are advantageous
