Plan, facilitate, and participate in Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Kaizen activities, and cross-functional improvement projects. Create, justify, and support execution of improvement projects involving processes, equipment, tooling, systems, and technologies to improve manufacturing performance and cost effectiveness.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align Lean Manufacturing initiatives with short- and long-term business objectives, including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, customer satisfaction, and financial performance goals.
