Inside the Role
The Manufacturing Production Scheduling Analyst II is responsible for coordinating truck order scheduling across multiple manufacturing plants. This role ensures alignment with production forecasts, plant constraints, and customer requirements, in collaboration with dealers, sales coordinators, and manufacturing teams.Posting Information

Position offers a starting salary range of $65,000 - $83,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
Scheduling & Production Coordination
Coordinate corporate and plant-level truck order scheduling for Freightliner and Western Star brands, to deliver the master production plan for DTNA.
Troubleshoot with ORO-IT team, to perform the truck plants sub-schedules ‘Feederlines’.
Evaluate and assign optimal build dates and plant locations based on cost, build constraints, delivery timelines for customers, and material availability.
Maintain and update scheduling software (IMS, ORO, TAKTIQ) with current production rates, model mixes, and operational constraints.
Ensure alignment with new truck model ramp-ups, production forecasts and collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth schedules.
Prepare and distribute scheduling analysis, daily production reports & volume/forecast target reports.
Communicate with manufacturing plants and paint supplier regarding last-minute paint changes and ensure proper implementation.
Act as primary contact for scheduling and paint-related inquiries and troubleshooting from Sales, Customer, Supplier Management, Truck plants and other departments.
Assist in training team members on scheduling and paint analysis procedures.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, scheduling, or production planning.
Proficiency with data analysis, automation and reporting visualization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage ambiguity, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CorelDraw or similar design software.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Strong knowledge on Power BI or Tableau.
2–4 years of experience in Truck plant processes or supplier management.
Experience with DTNA manufacturing systems and processes.
Demonstrates strong focus, ownership, and accountability.
Ability to lead tasks to completion and facilitate meetings effectively.
