For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience in network automation, with strong proficiency in Python (Netmiko, NAPALM, PyEZ, Nornir), Bash/Shell scripting, YAML/JSON, Ansible, and Jinja2 templating.
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of network management protocols and interfaces: Netconf, Restconf, gNMI, gNOI, and vendor-specific REST APIs.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools: SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow, GraphQL, streaming telemetry, and log analysis/correlation.
- Experience in Linux system administration (Red Hat Linux), including shell scripting, system configuration, performance tuning, and automation integration.
- Fluency in English (B2).
- Availability for hybrid work based in Porto (3 days on-site per week), candidates should already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
