Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.What the Role Entails
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of key accounts' business scenarios and align Tencent Cloud solutions to meet their technical and operational needs.
Provide hands-on technical support for issues related to networks, load balancing, servers, databases, and cloud architecture to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain close communication with customers, proactively identifying pain points, suggesting product enhancements, and driving continuous improvements in service quality.
Anticipate and mitigate potential technical problems, offering proactive solutions to enhance system stability and efficiency.
Who We Look For
Job Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field. Public cloud certifications are preferred. Prior experience in public cloud technical roles and direct customer-facing support/consulting experience are required.
Core Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Linux, TCP/IP networking, DNS, Load Balancing, CDN, and databases, with hands-on troubleshooting experience. Solid expertise in security, disaster recovery, and high-concurrency performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with audio/video technologies, SDK development, DevOps, Big Data, AI, Tencent Cloud Engine (TCE), and Docker.
Language: Native or fluent Korean (Korean nationals preferred), with Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both customers and internal teams.
Soft Skills: Customer-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
