- Complex Analysis: Analyze, process, and evaluate complex tax issues relating to annual financial statements, tax filings, and special business scenarios.
- Strategic & Business Advisory: Prepare well-founded tax reports, written opinions, and tailored solution concepts for ongoing tax and corporate matters.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside lawyers, auditors, and specialized colleagues within a collaborative professional network.
- Project & Structuring Assignments: Active participation in high-level tax structuring, strategic advisory projects, and special tax issues.
- Team Leadership (Optional): Opportunity to lead, guide, and support the technical and professional development of a dedicated team of approximately 3 to 5 team members.
Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Professional Experience: Solid, proven track record within a professional tax advisory practice.
- Language Proficiency: German language skills at a C1 level or higher (essential for client communication and legal opinion drafting).
- Working Style: An independent, solution-oriented (lösungsorientiert) approach combined with high personal initiative and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
Nice-to-Haves
- Leadership Skills: Initial experience guiding team members or mentoring junior staff.
- Career Ambition: Strong motivation to actively shape the growth of the firm, backed by an interest in long-term career progression up to partnership.
Core Competencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Clear communication skills paired with a confident, professional approach when engaging with clients and multidisciplinary peers.

- Clear Career Growth: Benefit from a structured onboarding process, fully covered advanced training programs through an internal academy, and transparent long-term perspectives up to partnership.
- Strong Professional Support: Thrive in a supportive, collaborative culture featuring direct knowledge exchanges across an interdisciplinary expert network and strong back-office backing.
