Description

FIX THE FILE. BACK THE FLOOR. HELP EVERY PRINT LAND RIGHT.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Great art does not stop at the computer. In Little Falls, this role helps carry it all the way to the press. As a Screenprint Production Artist on our Little Falls Floor Support team, you will work close to the production floor and respond when artwork needs a fast, accurate fix before garments are printed. You will step in when a live order has an art question, compare the file with the work order and production reference, make the needed correction, and help the screenprint team get the job moving again.

This position blends graphic production work with hands-on manufacturing support. One request may involve correcting a namedrop, while the next may require checking a comp, rebuilding part of a file, updating an ink rotation, or preparing a reburn request. You will communicate directly with artists, leads, Quality Control, and Little Falls production partners so decisions are clear and the finished print matches the approved artwork.

This is a full-time onsite position at Lakeshirts in Little Falls, Minnesota. Remote work is not available for this role.
