Description
Pay & Earnings
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,600 per week
- Effective Pay Rate: Fleet average is ~$0.81 per mile ("all-in basis")
- Pay Components:
- Mileage Pay: Calculated using tons hauled, loaded miles, and pay factor
- Load & Unload Pay: Paid for handling loading and monitor processes
- Per Diem: Included to maximize tax advantages
- Safety Bonus: Additional earnings opportunities
- Note: Load pay varies based on tonnage and distance hauled.
Job Details & Home Time
- Home Time: Home 4–5 nights per week (Out only 2–3 nights per week)
- Operating Area: Southeast region
- Equipment & Cargo: Pneumatic trailer / Dry bulk
- Touch Freight: Driver-monitored unloading; equipment handles heavy lifting (drivers set up and monitor process)
- Paid Training: No previous pneumatic experience required—complete paid training provided in orientation

Qualifications
- Minimum 25 years of age
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 18 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- No special endorsements required (No Tanker or Hazmat needed)
- Must pass physical and agility test during orientation
- Must reside in Atlanta/Marietta or immediate surrounding areas
