Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program or Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to support the Sentinel Program. This position will be located at our Roy, UT facility supporting the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division our Defense System Sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules
Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work
Incorporating contracts changes into control systems
Estimate and completion and forecast related activities
Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required
This requisition may be filled at either the Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (level 2) or Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst level (level 3)
Basic Qualifications Level 2 Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years OR a Master's degree with 0 years professional Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related experience. 6+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables and V-look ups)
Experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, Business Intelligence & Analytics tool, Project Management & Planning tool and/or Collaboration & Integration tools.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.) and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access as required by business needs.

Familiarity with Northrop Grumman contracts processes and procedures.
Aerospace/defense industry experience
Experience managing and analyzing project costs using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
