Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage shifts to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Supervise front counter team members and coordinate schedules
• Handle cash management and customer complaints with professionalism
• Coach team members to enhance operational and hospitality skills
• Drive speed and accuracy in Drive Thru and front counter operations
• Maintain Chick-fil-A appearance and cleanliness standards
• Promote unity and positive communication among team members
• Manage labor and team member breaks in compliance with regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Positive attitude with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic communication
• Reliable transportation and ability to work night shifts (2pm - 10:45pm)
• Strong people skills with a commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to manage team behavior and performance issues
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
• Minimum age 18 and ability to work closing shifts
