1. Project Planning Phase

- Preparation of master schedule

- Advise on project budgeting

- Assist in floor plan feasibility study & test fit

- Assist in site inspection & handover process

2. Bidding & Procurement Phase

- Advise on short-listing general contractors

- Advise on short-listing suppliers

- Assist in drafting construction tender proposal and agreement

 - Advise on interview & evaluation of contractors

 - Assist in construction tender review process

 - Assist in contractor approval process

3. Construction Phase

 - Supervise construction work progress

 - Conduct routine site coordinating meeting

 - Advise on contractor change order & budget impact

 - Advise on schedule review & potential schedule change

 - Advise on site report review

4. Completion Phase

 - Assist on interior fit-out inspection & handover process

 - Supervise interior fit-out rectifications

 - Assist on the move management

 - Post-move staff opinion survey

5. Closing Phase

 - Review as-built documents

 - Coordinate project handover to facility management team

 - Assist on the reinstatement work
