Job Summary
Airspace is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our supply chain, inventory management, and distribution processes. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and understand the importance of time-sensitive healthcare logistics, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems (SMS.).
- Partner with Customer Service, and operation teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Track and investigate shipment delays
- Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, labels, documentation).
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve order accuracy and delivery times.
- Coordinate returns and pickups
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience—medical device or pharma preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Experience with sterile product handling.
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lb and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SMS systems
