What this job involves:

• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, vendor management, work orders, and floor inspections
• Ensure strict compliance with client SLAs/KPIs, HSE policies, and contractual requirements
• Lead and develop on-site teams and contractors to deliver proactive, responsive, and occupant-focused service
• Manage vendor procurement, performance, and contract administration; resolve service issues promptly
• Support client-specific initiatives (e.g., technology rollouts, workplace enhancements, churns, minor projects)
• Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and ensure data integrity in FM systems
• Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders—providing regular updates, reports, and timely issue resolution

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations, vendors, and client relationships
• Strong knowledge of FM processes, HSE compliance, and service delivery governance
• Fluent in English; Cantonese proficiency preferred for local stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Client-centric, agile, and able to operate effectively in a regulated, high-expectation environment
