Perform complex clerical duties following established procedures in some or all of the following areas: company retirement plans, company service awards, company relationship with credit union and general records maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide customer service 2.OD to answer employees’ questions regarding retirement, and other plans.
- Assist in administering company retirement plans. Initiate option forms, arrange for their completion and submission within time limits, and maintain records.
- Coordinates human resources and procedures to initiate enrollment into plans.
- Implement any new programs
- Assist in arranging and conducting employee information presentations and enrollments.
- Arranging employee service awards on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain statistical data relative to plan participation and forms received.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 1 year of human resources experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience with SAP and/or Workday Systems Preferred
