Enterprise AI Value Strategist Lead (ML6)

Job Summary

As an Enterprise AI Value Strategist Senior Manager, you will help clients create and capture business value through AI and data-driven transformation. You will define enterprise, industry, and function-specific AI strategies, develop value cases and implementation roadmaps, shape AI operating models and platform strategies, and lead large-scale transformation programs.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating complex business and technology challenges into actionable AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape client vision and identify opportunities for AI- and data-led business reinvention.
• Define and structure enterprise AI and data strategies to optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
• Assess AI and data maturity and establish the foundational capabilities required to become an AI-first organization.
• Develop AI platform blueprints, data strategies, and future-ready operating models.
• Build business cases, investment profiles, and implementation roadmaps to support AI transformation initiatives.
• Integrate Responsible AI principles into strategy development, governance, and organizational adoption plans.
• Define operating models and ecosystem partnerships that enable innovation and scalable AI adoption.
• Identify the people, processes, and technologies required to develop, deploy, and operationalize AI solutions.
• Develop strategies for AI-first products, services, and commercialization opportunities.
• Lead large workstreams and complex transformation engagements while managing senior client stakeholders.
• Translate data and analytical insights into practical business recommendations and measurable outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of AI and Data experience, including solution design, solutioning, implementation, or delivery of AI and data-driven initiatives.
• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience with demonstrated success leading complex engagements and large-scale delivery programs.
• Proven experience leading workstreams independently and delivering outcomes within established timelines.
• Experience engaging, influencing, and managing C-suite executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, and emerging technologies and their application to business transformation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with the ability to apply technology creatively to complex business challenges.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience supporting business development, opportunity shaping, and go-to-market activities.
• Proven leadership experience, including team management, coaching, collaboration, and fostering an inclusive team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing enterprise AI strategies, AI operating models, and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience building business cases and value realization frameworks for AI investments.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital, AI, or data transformation initiatives across industries.
• Deep understanding of Responsible AI principles and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
