Your role Key responsibilities in your new role · Support recruiting activities: Support the recruitment of operator and other manufacturing positions  · Interview coordination: Help organize interviews and selection days and ensure a smooth candidate experience  · Reporting: Create and maintain recruitment trackers and reports using Microsoft Excel  · Communication with candidates: Ensure candidate communication throughout the recruitment process  · Event organization: Support recruitment events and hiring-related activities  · Administration: Be responsible for the administration of the application process · Process improvement: Support process improvements by exploring digital and AI-powered solutions within Talent Acquisition Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You are a proactive and organized person who enjoys

working with people and bringing structure to your daily tasks. You are eager

to learn, comfortable working with data, and interested in gaining experience

in a fast-paced recruitment environment. · Education: Are a student of Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent field, correspondence students are welcome · Digital skills & mindset: Have a good command of MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, and are curious about new technologies and AI-powered solutions  · Interest: Are interested in recruitment, manufacturing and high-volume hiring · Eagerness to grow: Are willing to develop your skills and knowledge in HR and are available minimum 20 hours/week · Soft skills: Have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail  · Languages: Are fluent in English and Hungarian (both spoken and written form) Please attach your  CV in English,  so we can get to know you better. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
