Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Systems Manager serves as the primary liaison between Corporate F&B, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Learning & Development. This role supports parks and gateway properties by improving systems, reporting, inventory controls, processes, training, and operational execution. The Manager provides data-driven insights, system expertise, project support, and field guidance to improve consistency, efficiency, profitability, and ease of use for property teams.

 

Responsibilities

Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Own enterprise F&B reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights for property, field, corporate, and senior leadership.
• Standardize KPI definitions, data sources, and reporting methods across properties.
• Analyze cost, labor, inventory, menu performance, waste, revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction to identify risks and opportunities.
• Automate reporting and evaluate AI or predictive tools that improve forecasting and decision support.

Systems, Technology & Process Improvement

• Serve as the F&B subject matter expert for CloudSuite, Orderly, inventory, recipe, reporting, and related systems.
• Support implementations, upgrades, testing, issue resolution, user roles, workflows, controls, documentation, and field training.
• Partner with stakeholders to define technology needs, evaluate vendors, coordinate demos and pilots, and recommend roadmap priorities.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, governance, standards, and controls while reducing field complexity and maintaining enterprise consistency.
• Monitor technology, analytics, automation, and AI trends for practical business applications.

Training, Inventory & Field Support

• Partner with Learning & Development to create scalable training, job aids, documentation, and onboarding resources for F&B leaders and teams.
• Oversee inventory tracking, variance analysis, loss prevention, system administration, and performance reporting.
• Resolve discrepancies with property teams, Supply Chain, Accounting, and other stakeholders.
• Promote accurate inventory practices, responsible automation use, and consistent operating standards.

Project Management & Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate enterprise F&B initiatives, including system rollouts, menu optimization, technology pilots, reporting, automation, and operational improvements.
• Manage project plans, requirements, deliverables, risks, dependencies, timelines, stakeholder input, and updates.
• Partner with Supply Chain, GPOs, and vendors to support product availability, substitutions, standards, data accuracy, and operational alignment.
• Define success measures, monitor results, and complete post-project evaluations for adoption, lessons learned, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in hospitality, culinary management, business, information systems, data analytics, or related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of F&B operations experience in a high-volume, multi-unit, resort, restaurant, concessions, or comparable environment.
• Experience with hospitality systems, reporting and analytics, process improvement, project management, or technology implementation.
• Strong financial, analytical, organizational, communication, training, and cross-functional facilitation skills.
• Ability to build and communicate performance reporting for operational and executive audiences.
• Credibility with field F&B teams, occasional property travel, and ability to work from the Greenwood Village corporate office.

Preferred Experience

• CloudSuite, Smartsheet, Orderly, ERP, recipe management, POS, inventory, menu engineering, or food-cost systems.
• Power BI, Tableau, dashboard development, workflow automation, or data visualization.
• Software selection, vendor management, enterprise implementation, change management, SOP development, or practical AI business application.

 

Compensation: The salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
