The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As EMEA North Real Estate & Facilities Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leads Regional Real Estate portfolio management and effective Regional Facilities Management for all locations
• Leads continuous improvement efforts

• Implements strategic and operational plans for the effective management of the entire regional portfolio
• Determines effectiveness and future portfolio & IFM requirements and recommends actions to leadership
• Supports the organization in achieving corporate goals and objectives
• Willingness to be available to respond to emergency issues outside of normal hours

 

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher OR
• Fundamental experience in Facilities Management and Real Estate

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Experience in leading Facilities Management at a country or regional level
• Knowledge of SFG20 and similar industry standard building management practices
• Experience of managing and developing working relationships with 3rd party service providers
• Experience managing both leased and owned property portfolios
• Current, valid Driver’s License preferred but not essential  

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• A vocational accreditation related to Facilities or Building Management from an accredited institution
• Skills include effective team leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, working with complex teams, project management and problem solving 

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow remote work with travel to Düsseldorf)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic or international travel

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
