Service Plumber

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems. 
• Repair and install fixtures, water heaters, piping, valves, drains, and other plumbing equipment. 
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues, identify appropriate solutions, and complete quality repairs efficiently. 
• Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally. 
• Complete work orders, service notes, estimates, and required documentation accurately. 
• Follow plumbing codes, safety procedures, customer-service expectations, and company standards. 

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous  plumbing service, repair, installation, or maintenance experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, codes, and troubleshooting methods.      
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills. 
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required. 
• Ability to perform physical service duties and work independently or as part of a team.
